1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain products (like personal care, hygiene items, perishable goods, or customized products) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Razorpay, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
3. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@samanle.com with your order details.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or payment account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
