At Samanle.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain products (like personal care, hygiene items, perishable goods, or customized products) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Razorpay, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.).

3. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@samanle.com with your order details.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or payment account again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support email samanleseller@gmail.com.
