  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.


2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for most metro and major cities.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 days, depending on the courier service.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, festivals, strikes, or logistics issues).


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products or order values as per promotional offers.

  • For other orders, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order anytime by visiting your order details page on Samanle.com.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at support@samanle.com.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or full refund.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options will be announced soon.
